Since 1945 the Laurent family has cultivated cabbage at Blignicourt, in the heart of the Champagne region, in a protected environment where the soil is rich in alluvion. This terroir, plus the family's savoir-faire, have enabled it to develop an exceptional sauerkraut that is particularly sweet and light. Today, the fourth generation of the family uses rigourously selected produce and state-of-the-art facilities to produce outstanding sauerkrauts, all the while remaining faithful to a natural fermentation process and traditional methods of fabrication.
